PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS

  1. Exchange of goods can only be done within 2×24 hours after the goods that have been purchased have been received by the customer.
  2. The reason for exchanging Urban Sneaker Kids products is due to damage to the goods (the goods received were defective/rejected and delivery errors from Urban Sneaker Kids).
  3. Goods cannot be exchanged for reasons of not liking the model, color or choosing the wrong size.
  4. If the exchange item runs out, it can be replaced with another item provided that if the value of the exchange item is higher than the original item, the customer will be asked to top up the difference in cash. However, there will be no refund if the value of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
  5. Customers can directly contact Urban Sneaker Kids Customer Service on Whatsapp.
  6. Urban Sneaker Kids Customer Service will immediately process the exchange after the goods sent by the customer are received by Urban Sneaker Kids.
  7. Customer bears shipping costs for return shipping.
    Notes :
    To exchange/return, the goods must still be in their original condition (unused, not dirty, packaging and tags still on and not damaged). Customers are asked to send a complete and uninterrupted product unboxing video. If we find the goods have been used and are in poor condition, we cannot carry out the exchange/return process.
