How to Order
- Select the product you want, adjust the color, size, and quantity you want.
- Click add to cart. After that, check your shopping items again by clicking the CART button on the menu.
- Enter the promo code (if any). Click the CHECKOUT button to proceed to the next stage.
- At the checkout stage, please fill in the address data as completely as possible to facilitate the shipping process.
- After that, don’t forget to click the PAY button, so that your order enters the system.
- Confirm payment if you have transferred funds.
Important Information
You will make the payment by transfer to BCA account in the name of Satria Dharma Putra.
Payment can also be made through a third party Midtrans where you can use a Credit Card marked VISA / MASTER or GO-PAY and others.
You will be sent an email reminder within 1 x 24 hours about your order, if we have not received payment confirmation.
Your order will be automatically canceled 1 x 24 hours after the email reminder is sent.
Package Delivery
We will verify the payment and ship your order after the payment has been verified. Your order will arrive according to the deadline specified by the courier (JNE / J&T / Sicepat). If you have received a receipt number from us and the item has not arrived according to the specified deadline, immediately report to us via WhatsApp (+6282210960736) / E-MAIL (dwinur@urbansneakerkids.com)
Shipping Terms
- Shipping Monday – Friday
Packages will be sent on the same day if the transfer is received before 15.30 WIB. For payments above that time, the package will be sent the next day - Saturday Delivery

Return Terms
Returns are divided into 2 types:
- Returns due to customer error (wrong size): returns are permitted provided that the model is the same (only the size is changed) and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Returns due to our error (product defect / shipping error): returns are permitted with the model that should have been ordered and shipping costs are borne by us.
Return Policy
The product must be shipped no more than 3 days after the item is received in its original condition and in a complete packaging box with related accessories and hangtags. The product is not damaged, dirty, used, and wet/damp. The packaging is intact and not damaged, dented, broken, torn, folded or scratched, we will reuse this packaging when sending the replacement item. Please do not isolate the box but simply wrap it in plastic or wrapping paper to prevent damage. The item remains your responsibility until we receive it. Please help us to return the package carefully. Urban Sneaker Kids will re-check the quality of the returned product. If any requirements are not met, we have the right to refuse the return of the product.
